What You'll Do

Banking Operations & Transaction Processing

  • Process a high volume of complex regulatory banking transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Navigate multiple banking and processing systems while meeting established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Evaluate transactions for risk, approval requirements, account limits, and potential fraud concerns.

Member & Partner Support

  • Respond to member and internal partner inquiries via phone, email, and mail in a timely and professional manner.
  • Research and resolve member, vendor, and internal issues while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Escalate complex situations and potential concerns to Associates or leadership when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of member interactions, activities, and transactions.

Compliance & Regulatory Support

  • Assist with specialized regulatory activities.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Quality Control & Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct quality control reviews on assigned processes and transactions.
  • Monitor and validate transactional reports for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with leadership and team members to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Share process improvement ideas that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and member experience.
  • Support training efforts and assist in developing fellow associates.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; some post-secondary education preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking or financial industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a complex environment.
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with governmental banking regulatory reporting activities.
  • Knowledge of deposit account maintenance, IRA processing, tax reporting, or other banking operations functions.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Hillsboro, OR.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
