About the role

Citi's Investment Banking group provides sector expertise and strategic advisory solutions, including mergers & acquisitions, capital raising and other strategic financings to corporate, financial service and public sector clients. The 2-year Analyst Program starts in July with six weeks of training. After training, Analysts are placed with one IB team for the duration of the program. Analysts invited to stay a third year can remain in their group or apply for a one-year rotation in another domestic or international office, and are eligible for promotion to Associate.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze company information to assist transactions, including conducting industry research, revising, and organizing financial data
  • Analyze financial data and develop financial models including company valuations, discounted cash flow analysis, financing, and comparative analyses
  • Create and finalize new business development presentations
  • Coordinate tasks with internal and external working teams
  • Prepare required internal documentation (e.g., control and compliance regulations)

Requirements

  • You will obtain a Bachelor's degree between December 2026 and June 2027
  • You will graduate with a 3.5 GPA or above

Pay

Annual salary range: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00. In addition to salary, eligible employees may receive discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
