About the role

Supervises tellers and transactional staff at a banking center, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing cash operations, processing transactions accurately, and supporting bank marketing efforts.
• Ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and risk management standards, including cash audits and security controls.
• Leading client experience initiatives by delivering prompt service and resolving issues effectively.
• Managing team workflow, coaching staff, conducting performance evaluations, and facilitating training.
• Promoting sales through cross-selling and product referrals, explaining product details to clients.
• Maintaining compliance with regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Handling scheduling, workflow, and supporting operational initiatives to meet center goals.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of experience or equivalent.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
