Banking Center Operations Coordinator

Role Overview: This position involves supervising and supporting tellers to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and risk management in a retail banking environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise transactional staff, monitor daily operations, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.Oversee cash operations, process client transactions accurately, and support bank marketing and cross-selling efforts.Manage access controls, cash inventories, and conduct cash audits to mitigate risks.Lead operational performance, resolve audit and security issues, and ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls.Enhance client experience by providing prompt service, addressing client needs, and promoting bank products through referrals.Lead team management activities, including scheduling, coaching, performance evaluation, and staff development.Conduct meetings, communicate policies, and support training initiatives for continuous staff improvement.Perform other duties as assigned to support banking center goals. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of experience preferred. Strong knowledge of banking operations, excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills are essential. Skills & Equipment: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment. No specific licenses or certifications are required.
