Banking Attorney

Key Responsibilities

• Advising lenders and borrowers on a wide range of commercial finance transactions
• Structuring, negotiating, and closing secured and unsecured lending deals
• Drafting and reviewing loan documentation, credit agreements, and collateral packages
• Handling matters related to:
• Asset-based lending and cash flow loans
• Real estate and construction financing
• Syndicated and participated loans
• Mezzanine/subordinated debt and structured finance
• Working directly with clients and opposing counsel with a high level of autonomy

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in banking, lending, and finance/transactional law
• Strong background in commercial lending and credit transactions
• Licensed in New Hampshire or Massachusetts (or ability to waive in)
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
