Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions and open new accounts
• Provide advice and educational support on banking products and services
• Engage with customers to deepen relationships and promote products
• Manage customer wait times and set/appoint meetings
• Manage self-generated and partner referral leads
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Complete Teller training and part 1 of platform training upon hire

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year experience working with customers
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Teller experience preferred
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Effective problem-solving and scheduling abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Notary License preferred
