Responsibilities

• Processes customer transactions and provides advice on banking products and services
• Builds trust with customers through educational content and tools
• Provides consultative support and makes proactive recommendations to customers
• Uses TD's systems and tools to engage with customers and deepen relationships
• Serves customers on the teller line and platform, handling personal deposit accounts, everyday bank transactions, debit and credit card issues, and mobile/on-line banking
• Manages customer wait times and schedules appointments
• Engages in lobby leadership and manages customer interactions
• Identifies and promotes customer financial needs and refers them to appropriate experts
• Completes required job-specific and compliance-related training
• Ensures compliance with regulations and policies
• Responds promptly to external audit, regulator, and compliance requests
• Keeps up-to-date with changes in banking policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience working with customers in any capacity
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Teller experience preferred
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Effective problem-solving and scheduling abilities
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Notary license preferred
