Responsibilities

• Processes customer transactions and opens new accounts
• Provides advice and educates customers on banking products and services
• Uses TD's systems and tools to engage with customers and manage relationships
• Serves customers on the teller line and digital platforms
• Manages customer wait times and schedules appointments
• Manages self-generated and partner referrals
• Ensures compliance with regulations and policies
• Completes required training and maintains compliance with internal/external audits

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience working with customers
• Strong customer service skills
• Teller experience preferred
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
