About the Role
If you're a recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate, join our Investment Banking Graduate Program and unlock a world of carefully curated experiences, knowledge, and connections to shape your career. As a Banking Associate, you'll work with various Investment Banking teams, advising a broad range of corporate clients and delivering holistic, structured solutions. After several weeks of intensive training, you'll join one of our industry, product, or geographic groups and start working on live deals and business development projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaboration on live deals, client pitches, and support for the team in advising corporate clients
- Participation in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Identification of opportunities and development of business cases for new products and services
- Management of client relationships and provision of customer service support
- Development and implementation of financial models and strategies
- Training and mentoring of junior colleagues
Qualifications
- Pursuing an MBA degree, graduating between December 2026 - June 2027
- GPA of 3.2 or above (ideal)
- Keen interest in business and finance with a curiosity to learn
- Demonstrated resourcefulness, teamwork, enthusiasm, and entrepreneurial spirit through extracurricular activities

Pay
The salary for this role is $175,000 per year.
Location
This role is based in San Francisco, CA, at our 4 Embarcadero Ctr location, easily accessible to public transportation.
