About the role

The Banking Associate role is located in Londonderry, New Hampshire, USA. This position is responsible for delivering TD's Brand promise at a store location, performing a wide range of tasks, and providing advice and educational support on banking products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Processes customer transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers on banking products and services.
  • Delivers end-to-end advice to customers, building trust through educational content and tools, providing consultative support, and offering proactive insights and recommendations.
  • Uses TD's systems and tools to engage with customers, acquiring and deepening relationships by providing advice and guidance to help customers achieve their financial goals.
  • Accurately completes everyday banking transactions on the teller line or on the platform, uncovering customer financial needs and educating on products, services, and tools.
  • Serves customers, on both the teller line and platform, handling tasks such as opening/closing personal deposit accounts, everyday bank transactions, debit card/credit card issues, regulation E, mobile and online banking.
  • Connects with customers, provides financial advice, and deepens relationships through lead management activities, including creating and managing self-generated leads, managing received partner/retail to retail referral leads, customer outreach, setting/appointing appointments, and lead prioritization.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One year experience working with customers in any capacity.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Teller experience preferred.
  • Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to be concise, clear, and consistent.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work during operating hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Notary License preferred.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience: One year experience working with customers in any capacity.
  • Skills: Demonstrated customer service skills, strong organization skills, excellent communication skills, effective problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay

$22.00 - $27.75 USD per hour, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Hours are typically 40 per week, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
