Banking Associate (30 Hours Weekly) - Boca Raton Federal (Bilingual Spanish Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Processes customer transactions and provides advice on banking products and services
• Builds trust with educational content and tools, and provides consultative support
• Advocates with proactive insights and recommendations to help customers achieve their financial goals
• Uses TD's systems and tools to engage with customers and deepen relationships
• Services customers on the teller line and platform, including opening/closing personal deposit accounts, everyday bank transactions, debit card/credit card issues, regulation E, mobile and online banking
• Manages customer wait times and schedules/appoints meetings to ensure timely customer interactions
• Manages self-generated, partner/retail to retail referral, and campaign leads, and engages in lead management activities
• Identifies and promotes opportunities to refer customers to appropriate team members or internal Bank partners
• Ensures tasks are performed within established policies and procedures, adhering to required controls and critical dates
• Completes required job-specific, compliance-related training and maintains compliance with internal/external audit and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year experience working with customers in any capacity
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Teller experience preferred
• Strong organization skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Ability to work during operating hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Notary License preferred

Qualifications

• Experience: 1 year experience working with customers in any capacity
