Role Overview

A Citizens Banker serves as the branch's primary representative, building lasting customer relationships through trusted advice and personalized financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with banking needs, including spending, saving, borrowing, and investing.
• Identify customer financial goals and recommend tailored solutions such as home purchases or credit options.
• Promote digital banking tools and collaborate with specialists in Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking for complex needs.
• Conduct outbound calls to acquire new clients and schedule financial checkups.
• Follow all policies, including cash handling and legal regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of sales and customer service experience, with a proven ability to build relationships.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and digital technology skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and able to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Completion of background checks and a video interview assessment.

Preferred Experience

• Cash handling experience is a plus.
