What You'll Do:
- Open and service consumer and business accounts
- Aid customers with account maintenance and banking solutions
- Process teller transactions accurately and efficiently
- Cross-sell banking products and services based on customer needs
- Build strong client relationships through exceptional service
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, including BSA requirements
- Support daily branch operations and team goals
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of teller experience in a retail banking environment
- Experience opening consumer and business accounts
- Knowledge of banking regulations, account documentation, and BSA compliance
- Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- PREFERRED: Experience with CDs, IRAs, Trust Accounts, and business banking
- Community banking or relationship-based banking experience
- Success meeting referral or branch sales goals
