About the role

We're looking for an experienced Banker to join a relationship-focused branch where exceptional customer service and community banking come first. This is an excellent opportunity for a banking professional with teller and new account experience who enjoys building lasting client relationships and contributing to branch success.

Responsibilities

• Open and service consumer and business accounts
• Assist customers with account maintenance and banking solutions
• Process teller transactions accurately and efficiently
• Cross-sell banking products and services based on customer needs
• Build strong client relationships through exceptional service
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, including BSA requirements
• Support daily branch operations and team goals

Requirements

• 2+ years of teller experience in a retail banking environment
• Experience opening consumer and business accounts
• Knowledge of banking regulations, account documentation, and BSA compliance
• Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking systems
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CDs, IRAs, Trust Accounts, and business banking
• Community banking or relationship-based banking experience
• Success meeting referral or branch sales goals
