About the Role

To provide members and prospective members the full range of products and services offered by the client, including:

  • Depository accounts such as checking, savings, certificate IRA, revocable trust, and estate accounts
  • Lending products
  • Credit and debit cards

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to members and prospective members
  • Handle cash transactions accurately
  • Manage account openings, maintenance, and inquiries
  • Promote and sell banking products and services
  • Perform administrative tasks and data entry
  • Provide alternative solutions and think creatively to meet member needs

Requirements

  • Customer-facing experience with strong customer service skills
  • Comfortable engaging with people and handling member service interactions
  • Confidence in sales and ability to handle rejection
  • Some knowledge of banking or prior financial experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Pay

The pay range for this position is $21.82 per hour. Individual compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
