Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of teller transactions and address banking inquiries
• Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate assistance to valued clients
• Identify and refer cross-selling opportunities
• Ensure all transactions are handled with confidentiality and professionalism
• Enhance the customer experience through a professional and proactive approach

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Trustworthiness and integrity
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Jack Henry)
• Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, ten-key, telephone systems
• Bilingual in Spanish (an added advantage)

Qualifications

• Finance or Accounting major
• Experience in a customer service or banking environment is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours (1:00 pm - 6:15 pm Monday - Friday and 7:30 am - 12:15 pm Saturday rotation)

Part time 25 hours per week. Must be available 1:00 pm - 6:15 pm Monday - Friday and 7:30 am - 12:15 pm Saturday rotation
