About the role

TEKsystems is hiring a Bank Teller to join a Fortune 100 Financial Institution. The role is based in Mary Esther, FL 32569.

Responsibilities

• Provide members and prospective members the full range of products and services offered by the client including depository accounts, lending products, and credit/debit cards.
• Perform moderately complex platform banking functions under supervision.
• Analyze, research, and resolve problems and discrepancies related to member accounts/loans.
• Absorb and assist members with submitting consumer/mortgage/equity loan, overdraft protection, and credit card applications.
• Counsel current and prospective members about company products and services.
• Ensure cash and other negotiable instruments are handled properly.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and increase product penetration.
• Perform platform banking functions.

Requirements

• Experience in cash handling in in-person customer service, retail, banking, and service industry.
• Bank Teller experience is preferred but not required.
• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Full-time/40 hours per week.
• Available between Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5:30pm, Saturday: 8:30am-2:30pm, could be expected to work 3 Saturdays a month depending on business need.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following: 401(k) Retirement Plan – Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available.

Schedule

Full-time/40 hours per week. Available between Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5:30pm, Saturday: 8:30am-2:30pm, could be expected to work 3 Saturdays a month depending on business need.
