Responsibilities
- Assist customers with banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance.
- Provide customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Adhere to regulatory requirements and maintain compliance with all policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service or related field preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications
- Customer service experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of banking products and services is beneficial but not required.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Problem-solving abilities and the ability to resolve customer issues.
