Responsibilities

• Assist customers with banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance.
• Provide customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and maintain compliance with all policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or related field preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of banking products and services is beneficial but not required.

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
• Problem-solving abilities and the ability to resolve customer issues.
