About the role

Join our team as a Bank Teller! We are seeking a dynamic individual to provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with banking transactions.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and other banking services.
• Process loan applications and assist customers with financial planning.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding account balances, transaction history, and product offerings.
• Ensure compliance with all bank policies and procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining records and filing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable).

Qualifications

• Previous banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused attitude and ability to handle high-volume transactions.

Skills

• Proficient in using banking software and systems.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively.

Pay

$15.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
