Bank Specialist Clinical Pharmacist
The Role
You will provide essential clinical pharmacy cover to meet service demands. You will work flexibly across inpatient areas, ensuring safe and effective use of medicines.
- Delivery of clinical pharmacy services to designated wards
- Carrying out medicines reconciliation and clinical screening
- Optimising therapy in collaboration with medical and nursing teams
- Safeguarding safe discharge planning
- Providing expert advice on medicines management
- Contributing to antimicrobial stewardship and high-risk medicine monitoring
- Offering guidance and support to junior staff when needed

Location
This is an opportunity to live and work in our beautiful and rural island community. We are also only a short journey from Glasgow, Inverness and Edinburgh by plane, with twice daily ferry sailing to Ullapool.

Band 7 £52,845 - £61,466 pro rata Plus, £1,461 Distant Islands Allowance pro rata
