Key Responsibilities

  1. Process a variety of financial transactions with accuracy, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
  2. Handle cash balancing and financial transactions with care to minimize errors.
  3. Open and maintain retail deposit accounts, ensuring accuracy in all account-related tasks such as signature cards and address changes.
  4. Support overall office functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
  5. Deliver top-notch service to existing and prospective customers, fostering trust and creating lasting professional relationships.
  6. Act as a knowledgeable resource for customer inquiries regarding bank products and services.
  7. Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor while assisting customers at the Bank Services Representative window.

Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in cash handling, sales, customer service, or banking is a plus.
  • Must have knowledge and experience with computer programs used throughout the course of the workday.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and teammates.
  • A commitment to accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
  • A proactive approach to learning and personal development.
