The Opportunity: Join our Banking and Capital Markets sector as a Test Execution Leader, where you’ll drive software and product innovation by evaluating systems and applications to identify defects, ensure functionality, and confirm alignment with requirements. Responsibilities
- Execute test cases and scenarios to validate software functionality and performance.
- Manage defect identification and resolution processes to enhance software quality.
- Utilize automation testing tools to streamline procedures and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with project objectives.
- Implement quality assurance best practices to maintain software reliability and compliance.
- Conduct performance testing to assess system capabilities under various conditions.
- Develop and maintain test environments to support comprehensive testing activities.
- Analyze test results to inform insights and recommendations for software improvements.
- Apply agile methodologies to adapt testing processes to evolving project requirements.
- Lead debugging and fault analysis efforts to identify and rectify software issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Skills
- Acceptance Testing and Automation Testing methodologies.
- Agile Program Management and Agile SDLC practices.
- Software Quality Assurance (SQA) processes.
- Experience navigating complex banking and capital markets environments.
- Ability to build client connections and anticipate needs.
- Understanding of evolving business contexts and professional/technical standards.
Pay
Salary range: $77,000 – $202,000. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
