Bank Platform Transformation - Solution Architect - Sr Associate

As a Senior Associate in Bank Platform Transformation, you will design and implement seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures for clients, enabling efficient data flow and optimizing technology infrastructure for enhanced business performance. You will focus on building meaningful client connections, managing and inspiring others, and navigating complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. Anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing ambiguity as an opportunity for growth. In this role within our Operations practice, you will break down complex concepts, develop a deeper understanding of evolving business contexts, and use a broad range of tools and methodologies to solve problems and generate insights.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement seamless integration solutions to connect various organizational systems and applications.
• Create robust platform architectures that enable efficient data flow and enhance overall business processes.
• Utilize tools such as Azure API Management and Mulesoft Anypoint Platform for effective API management and integration.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Apply analytical thinking and business requirements analysis to optimize technology infrastructure for enhanced performance.
• Lead the development and deployment of enterprise application integration strategies.
• Manage the IT project lifecycle, including project scoping and process troubleshooting.
• Leverage cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform for hybrid cloud solutions.
• Engage in business process integration to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of experience.

Skills

• Proficiency in Agile Methodology and IT Project Lifecycle.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Expertise in API Management and Enterprise Application Integration.
• Ability to navigate complex banking and capital markets environments.
• Strong client relationship management and expectation-setting skills.
• Data interpretation to inform insights and recommendations.

Preference for candidates with a background in one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering, or Mathematics/Statistics.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
