About the Role
As a Bank Platform Transformation - Integration Architect-Engineer - Sr Associate, you will design and implement seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures for clients, enabling efficient data flow and optimizing technology infrastructure for enhanced business performance. You will focus on building meaningful client connections, managing and inspiring others, and navigating increasingly complex situations while deepening your technical skills. This role involves anticipating the needs of teams and clients, delivering quality solutions within the Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, and engaging with the Banking and Capital Markets sector, specifically Core Banking Technology.
You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas, solve problems, and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations. Your work will contribute to understanding broader project objectives and how they fit into the overall strategy, while upholding professional and technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement seamless integration solutions to connect various organizational systems and applications.
- Create robust architectures that enable efficient data flow and enhance overall business processes.
- Utilize technical proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform for platform architecture development.
- Manage and optimize technology infrastructure to improve business performance in the financial services sector.
- Lead the integration of enterprise applications using tools like Mulesoft Anypoint Platform and Apigee.
- Conduct business requirements analysis to align integration solutions with client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support core banking technology initiatives.
- Apply agile methodology to manage project lifecycles and deliver integration projects on time.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain system interoperability and performance.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to understand and anticipate their integration needs.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- At least 2 years of experience.
Qualifications
Preference for candidates with a degree in one of the following fields of study:
- Analytics/Data Science
- Artificial Intelligence/Robotics

- Computer Science/Information Systems

- Mathematics/Statistics
Skills
- Developing and maintaining enterprise integration architecture using ESBs, API gateways, event-streaming platforms, and AWS services (API Gateway, Lambda, SQS, SNS).
- Integrating, configuring, and optimizing Fiserv Premier and DNA core banking platforms.
- Documenting solution designs, supporting architecture review boards, managing cross-team dependencies, and identifying and mitigating risks.
- Utilizing Agile methodologies for seamless project execution.
- Leveraging AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform for integration solutions.
- Demonstrating proficiency in API Management and RESTful API design.
- Navigating complex banking and capital markets environments.
- Developing meaningful client relationships through effective communication.
- Embracing change and fostering innovation in technology integration.
Pay
The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
