The Opportunity
As a leader in Bank Platform Transformation, you will guide clients through the complexities of data migration and conversion within our Core Banking Technology sector. Your expertise in business application consulting will optimize operational efficiency, analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. As a Manager, you will lead teams, manage client accounts, focus on strategic planning, and mentor junior staff. You are accountable for project success, maintaining standards, motivating teams, and leveraging technology and innovation to enhance delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead data migration and conversion projects within banking and capital markets
- Analyze client needs to implement software solutions that optimize operational efficiency
- Manage project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
- Guide teams in the integration and utilization of business applications
- Provide training and support to clients for seamless software adoption
- Utilize analytical reasoning and business data analytics to drive strategic transformation
- Develop documentation and deliver technical consultation for project success

Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s degree
- At least 4 years of experience
Qualifications
- Preference for a Master’s or Master of Business Administration degree
- Proficiency in business data analytics and technology integration
- Strategic planning and project management skills in banking
- Experience in coaching and developing team members for performance
- Implementation of technology solutions in core banking transformations
- Ability to analyze complex systems to identify opportunities for improvement

Pay
The salary range for this position is $99,000 – $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
