Responsibilities

• Analyzing client needs to implement and support business application solutions

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience

Qualifications

• Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree
• Demonstrating proficiency in Business Data Analytics and Strategic Planning
• Utilizing Business Management and Transformation skills in banking projects
• Implementing Technology Integration and Innovation in financial services
• Excelling in Project Management and Resource Management for client support
• Navigating complex banking environments with Analytical Reasoning
• Building meaningful client connections through Active Listening and Communication

Benefits

• The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000.
• Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
• All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
