About the role

The position involves working as a member of the Physiotherapy team, assessing, developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care programs. Responsibilities include adhering to professional standards and ensuring safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to provide safe and effective care.
• Work within agreed competencies, carrying out tasks in hospital, outpatient, or community settings.
• Supervise and advise less experienced staff, contributing to teaching and learning programs.
• Contribute to further education and personal development, supporting the ward or department.

Requirements

• Current HCPC registration or be a student in the process of obtaining registration.
• Car availability and a valid UK driving license for community work (or be in the process of obtaining).

Qualifications

• Applicants must have current HCPC registration, or be a student in the process of obtaining registration imminently.

Skills

• Ability to work within the scope of practice and make decisions based on best practice evidence.
• Understanding of a range of work procedures and practices, including non-routine tasks.
