Responsibilities

  • Provide responsible oversight of complex daily operations and processes.
  • Act as primary contact and escalation point for operational issues.
  • Receive and resolve inquiries from clients and various internal teams, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Address custom client requests and manage production activities for AVP and Officer teams.
  • Coordinate the implementation of new funds, systems, and processes.
  • Assist with client conversions and other client projects.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of the Bank Loan asset class and its internal and external dependencies.
  • Experience or exposure to Fund Accounting, Custody, Financial Reporting, Reconciliation, Fund Operations, Trade Processing, Middle Office, Risk Oversight, Relationship Management, Automation, and Management Reporting.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ethical decision-making ability.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with an emphasis on collaboration with clients and internal service teams.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree required.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of related experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Experience working with the Bank Loan asset class is required.
  • Proficiency with Wall Street Office (WSO).

Pay

$110,000 - $188,750 annual. The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location, the applicable range could differ.
