Bank Housekeeper / Accommodation Cleaner

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and conscientious Bank Housekeeper / Accommodation Cleaner to support the day‑to‑day presentation of our serviced apartments and short‑term holiday accommodation. This role offers flexible work for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation, ensuring each apartment is prepared to an exceptional standard for arriving guests. Location: Stafford. Contract type: Contract.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning apartments to a high hospitality standard between guest stays.
• Changing and replacing bed linen and towels.
• Vacuuming, mopping and dusting throughout apartments.
• Cleaning kitchens, appliances, worktops and dining areas.
• Cleaning bathrooms, showers, toilets and sinks.
• Replenishing guest consumables and welcome items.
• Reporting maintenance issues, damage or health and safety concerns.
• Conducting visual checks to ensure apartments are guest‑ready.
• Managing laundry tasks where required.
• Maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Good attention to detail; reliable and trustworthy approach to work; ability to work independently with minimal supervision; good time management skills; ability to maintain high standards under time pressures; friendly and professional manner.

Skills

Previous experience within Airbnb, serviced accommodation, hotels or holiday lets; full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle; experience carrying out basic inventory checks; knowledge of COSHH and safe use of cleaning products.

Pay

Salary £12 – £14 per hour.

Schedule

Flexible hours with a minimum of 8 hours per week; additional hours available during busier periods; work may include weekends.
