Phoenix, AZ| Full-Time | Company Vehicle Provided Cennox is seeking a dependable and self-motivated Bank Equipment Technician to support ATM and banking equipment maintenance throughout Phoenix and surrounding areas. This full-time field service role offers a flexible schedule, paid training, company vehicle, travel opportunities, and competitive compensation. What You'll Do As a Bank Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance, functionality, and compliance of ATM and banking equipment at customer locations. Responsibilities include: Clean, inspect, and detail ATMs, kiosks, and related banking equipmentUpdate signage and decals as neededPerform basic maintenance tasks, including light bulb replacement and minor refurbishmentsRemove unauthorized signage, stickers, graffiti, posters, and decals from equipment and surrounding areasClean stainless-steel surfaces inside bank vaultsMaintain bollards and surrounding equipment areas as instructedEnsure a clean and debris-free work area within a 10-foot radius of serviced equipmentConduct site surveys, alarm inspections, ADA compliance reviews, software updates, lighting measurements, and other project-based assignmentsSanitize high-touch surfaces and banking equipmentInspect and clean drive-up banking equipment, ATM surrounds, and night depositoriesCapture detailed photographs of equipment, service work, and site conditionsMaintain accurate records, inventory, and project documentationComplete additional duties as assigned What We're Looking For Required Skills Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with a willingness to learnComfortable using smartphones and mobile technologyWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and ExcelAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to follow detailed written instructions and proceduresValid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record Preferred Qualifications Experience performing electrical work, equipment repairs, maintenance, or other field service workHigh school diploma or GED requiredTrade school education, technical certification, or apprenticeship experience is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds regularlyAbility to stand, bend, stoop, reach, and climb throughout the workdayAbility to carry and safely use a 10-foot ladderComfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to drive for extended periods as part of daily travel requirementsGood hand-eye coordination and vision correctable to 20/20 Benefits & Perks Flexible work schedulePaid training and career development opportunitiesCompany vehicle providedCompany-issued tools, uniforms, and Android smartphoneOpportunities for travel401(k) eligibility after one year of employmentMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance eligibility after 60 days of employmentDiscounts on personal cell phone and amusement park tickets Equal Opportunity Employer Cennox is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.
