Bank Courier

Responsibilities

• Ensure that interoffice branch mail is securely delivered between local branches each day.
• Pick up US Mail from PO Box at Post Office and deliver mail as appropriate each day.
• Travel throughout Canadian and Oklahoma counties as business needs require.
• Deliver Loan closing and legal documents as requested.
• Pick up supplies as needed.
• Perform minor handyman and general maintenance work as needed.
• Pick up minor trash and debris around the bank offices each week.
• Blow leaves and clear sidewalks as needed.
• Help maintain clean, safe, and professional-looking exterior areas around the back facilities.
• Perform other reasonable courier, delivery, and facilities support duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to schedule, multitask, prioritize, and complete multiple projects.
• Ability to lift/move, on occasion, heavy objects as needed.
• Work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor.
• Must be able to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Must be flexible and able to work additional hours when crucial to the branch environment.
• Ability to follow security procedures.
• Use of computer screens and reading of reports.
• Ability to operate a computer keyboard.
• Regularly required to sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear.
• Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling.
• Regularly lift and/or move and carry up to 50 pounds.
