What Will You Be Doing?
Leading personal and group training sessions that inspire and challenge.
Coaching clients through the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of transformation.
Designing engaging, fun, and effective workouts for all fitness levels.
Guiding proper form to maximize results and avoid injury.
Supporting clients in building sustainable, healthy habits.
Enhancing the client experience at every touchpoint.
Participating in weekly TTT (Trainers Training Trainers) and team huddles.
Mastery of the WILCOX Coaching Framework.
What Will You Not Be Doing?
Hustling to find clients (we take care of that).
Sales, marketing, or admin work (professionals handle this).
Cleaning toilets or scrubbing floors (not your role).
Making random one-off nutrition plans (our systems handle this).
Onboarding Program
We don’t throw you in the deep end. Every new coach goes through a paid, structured onboarding program designed to:
Teach you the WILCOX Coaching Framework.
Build confidence working with clients.
Set you up for long-term success as a WILCOX coach.
Provide direct mentorship from Paige and Mike Wilcox.

Qualifications
Personal Trainer Certification (or working towards it)
CPR Certification
College education (preferred, not required)
