In this role, you will play a key role in securing finished products for shipment. You’ll operate banding equipment, ensure quality standards, and help keep production moving efficiently. You will work closely with multiple departments and play an important role in meeting production goals and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate banding machines to strap and secure corrugated or paperboard products.
• Inspect bundles for proper alignment, band tension, and labeling.
• Perform routine equipment checks and minor maintenance.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Commitment to good housekeeping in the department.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, and company standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods.
