Requirements

• Construction experience or band-saw operation preferred
• Ability to operate, adjust, and maintain power tools
• Basic math skills for measurements and tracking
• Strong work ethic and team-player attitude

Responsibilities

• Operate a Smart Saw to repair pallets
• Adjust machines, change blades, and follow safety procedures
• Lift and maneuver pallets (75–85 lbs.) throughout the shift
• Maintain fast-paced production while ensuring quality
• Track production records and organize recovered materials
• Maintain a clean work area and restock lumber
• Be ready for overtime and occasional Saturdays (extra pay)
