Band 5 Occupational Therapist
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Mental Health Occupational Therapy Service in Fife. Based within a Mental Health Occupational Therapy base, the successful candidate will contribute to and oversee the delivery of Occupational Therapy across Fife, including acute and rehabilitation in-patient settings, as well as in the community.
About the role
The role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, utilizing effective clinical decision-making and evidence-based practices to help patients achieve their personal outcomes. The service is committed to continuous improvement and is currently undergoing a programme of transformational change.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the delivery of Occupational Therapy services across Fife
- Work with patients experiencing mental health problems
- Utilize evidence-based practices to support patient outcomes
- Participate in service redesign initiatives
Requirements
- Band 5 Occupational Therapist qualification
- Interest in developing professionally in the field of mental health
Qualifications
- Desirable: Experience in mental health settings
