Responsibilities

• Ensure excellence in customer service to build brand loyalty and achieve sales targets.
• Provide information on new launches and best sellers, demonstrate and apply products as needed, and present store promotions with a focus on sales.
• Maintain merchandising by assisting in campaign setups following planogram and promotional merchandising material (MMP) guidelines, ensuring store organization and smooth operation.
• Monitor and ensure the achievement of company-set goals and indicators, maintaining expected store profitability.
• Handle store opening and closing when necessary, and manage operations in the absence of the manager.
• Conduct cash register checks during shift changes.
• Support the point-of-sale (PDV) manager in cyclic inventory and handle the receipt and verification of merchandise when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma completed.
• Experience with customer service and/or sales.
• Desirable experience in cosmetics, perfumery, and/or beauty product sales.
• Desirable knowledge of sales metrics (e.g., PA, average ticket, conversion).
