Responsabilidades
- Atender e engajar clientes 100% digitais (chat/vídeo/app)
- Atualizar clientes no portifólio Select, apresentando benefícios e diferenciais do segmento
- Realizar vendas consultivas de produtos no crédito, investimentos e seguros de baixa complexidade
- Coletar e atualizar dados
- Manter familiaridade com soluções digitais com foco no ecossistema Santander
- Solucionar demandas remotamente
Requisitos
- Knowledge advanced in customer experience
- Experience in sales and proficiency in digital tool usage
- CPA certification (mandatory)
- Applicable experience in remote service provision
- Familiarity with digital channels, customer journey, and financial products
