BALTIMORE SALES ASSOCIATE-PART TIME

About the role

We’re looking for a motivated, analytical, creative, and great communicator to join our team in Baltimore (Hampden, Fells Point, and Federal Hill). All locations share staff, so you’ll work across all three stores.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate initiative and a sense of urgency in preparing the sales floor before store opening.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships.
• Share knowledge and educate other associates on merchandise standards.
• Measure and exceed customer service goals, including customer retention, churn rate, renewals, and win-backs.
• Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Inspire customers with the store’s culture in all interactions.
• Maintain a clean, presentable, and aesthetically pleasing sales floor throughout the day, with special attention before closing.

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant service experience in a fast-paced, creative retail environment.
• Shopify knowledge is a plus.
• A dedication to making people happy and consistently elevating the customer experience.
• Familiarity with desktop, mobile, tablet, and digital technology.
