About the role

We are seeking a Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder) who will report to the Store Director. This role aids management in ensuring opening and closing procedures are performed correctly according to company policies while providing customers with top-quality service by meeting their needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals
• Perform opening and closing of the store
• Ensure the stockroom is organized and easily accessible for staff
• Assist management in overseeing day-to-day store operations
• Work toward balanced strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management
• Maintain great interpersonal skills to ensure clear, effective communication with all departments, stores, colleagues, and staff
• Handle customer complaints and feedback appropriately and in a timely manner
• Support, follow, implement, and enforce the store operations manual; provide feedback on necessary updates or changes
• Enforce all sustainability policies implemented by the company both locally and globally

Stock, Inventory & Loss Prevention Management

• Ensure store shrinkage by partnering with the Stock Associate, Operations Manager, and Sales Team through sound operational execution
• Oversee cash registers and safe functionality, enforce back-of-house standards for cash/change accuracy, and ensure timely bank deposits

Visual Management

• Assist with the implementation of visual displays and merchandising as directed by the Store Manager or Direct Report according to company standards
• Communicate all company information related to visual standards to the team as needed

Store Maintenance Management

• Oversee daily cleaning and physical upkeep of the inside and outside of the store
• Maintain highest standards in the functioning, presentation, and maintenance of store property, including fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies
• Ensure proper levels of supplies are on hand at all times

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment through excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Proven ability to drive results in a selling role, exceeding individual and store goals
• Commercial awareness and strong business acumen through a genuine passion for the fashion industry
• Strategic vision to develop the business and maintain a high level of personal performance

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current hourly range is $22.00 USD to $25.00 USD for individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California.
