About the role

I’m incredibly excited to lead efforts across discovery and clinical strategy to bring new therapies for patients with rare cancers—an area where the need is great and the impact can be life-changing.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and clinical strategy initiatives focused on rare cancer treatments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute on research plans
• Drive innovation in rare cancer drug development
• Ensure alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• PhD in Life Sciences or related field
• Proven track record in rare cancer research and/or drug development
• Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams
• Strong understanding of oncology and rare disease biology
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Qualifications

• Expertise in rare cancer research and drug development
• Leadership experience in a scientific or medical setting
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
