About the role

We’re looking for team members who can work in any of our departments: Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End.

Pay range: $17.85 – $18.62 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide excellent guest service by engaging with guests to learn their wants and needs and helping them create meal solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store and work across departments to assist guests.
• Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items, while assisting nearby guests.
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist in general housekeeping duties throughout the store.
• Present self in a professional manner, including adhering to uniform standards.

Schedule

This position requires a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays, to meet the needs of our stores, guests, and teams.

Qualifications

• A passion for providing extraordinary service.
• At least 16 years of age.
