It's a statement about visa sponsorship; could be considered relevant but maybe minor. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Visa sponsorship maybe not boilerplate but could be considered legal? Probably keep? Might be considered minor metadata; but we can include in a short p. - Company: D&W Fresh Market Job Area: Retail Job Family: Retail Stores Job Type: Part time Req ID: R90022. These are metadata; we can fold into short p. Also maybe Physical Requirements could be part of Requirements or Qualifications? But we have to follow headings list; we can include a section for Physical Requirements only if we have a heading? Not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings are only those listed. So we must fit content into those headings. Physical Requirements could go under Requirements or Qualifications. Probably under Requirements. Skills: we can list basic mathematical skills, detail oriented, ability to read/write/comprehend, etc. Qualifications: maybe High School Diploma (GED) preferred, One year of retail or related experience preferred. Responsibilities: list of duties. About the role: could include company intro and position summary. Benefits: mention robust and competitive Total Rewards benefits package. Pay: not given -> omit. Schedule: not given -> omit. We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So omit Pay and Schedule. Now produce HTML:

Skills maybe separate but we already included some skills in Requirements. Could create Skills section for things like communication, teamwork, etc. But we have already included communication etc in Responsibilities. Might be okay to not have Skills section if content overlaps. But we could create Skills section for "Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents", "Basic mathematical skills", "Detail Oriented", "Communication", "Teamwork". However we must not duplicate content? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplication is okay? It might be considered repeating but not prohibited. Better to keep each piece once. We already put those in Requirements. Could move them to Skills and keep Requirements for education/experience only. Let's think. We have headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can allocate: - About the role: company intro + position summary. - Responsibilities: duties list. - Requirements: education/experience preferences. - Qualifications: maybe ability to read/write/comprehend, basic math, detail oriented. - Skills: communication, teamwork, etc. - Benefits: Total Rewards. We need to ensure we don't leave any heading empty. Let's extract: Education/Experience: High School Diploma (GED) preferred; One year of retail or related experience preferred. Qualifications: Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents; Basic mathematical skills; Detail Oriented. Skills: Communicate tasks, recipes, weights and measures, and cleaning steps completed to other Associates; Work as a team with other departments and Stores to achieve growth; Follow all PPE and Safety Guidelines; Follow all Food Safety and Cleaning Expectations; Follow Guest Experience Guidelines; May be assigned tasks in other departments based on customer experience need; Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. Actually many of those are responsibilities; but we could still put some under Skills like communication, teamwork, safety compliance. But we must not invent or summarize away detail. If we move some responsibilities to Skills, we are still preserving detail, just re-categorizing. That's okay. But we need to avoid duplication: if we list same bullet in both Responsibilities and Skills, that's duplication. Better to keep Responsibilities as the main duty list, and Skills for softer skills. Thus: Responsibilities list: the specific tasks (prepare, produce, package, label, merchandise, stock backroom, notify manager, work as team, understand basic math functions, communicate tasks..., follow PPE, follow food safety, follow guest experience, may be assigned other tasks, additional responsibilities). That's a lot. Skills: Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents; Basic mathematical skills; Detail Oriented; Communication (maybe already covered); Teamwork; Safety compliance; Food safety compliance; Guest experience focus. But that duplicates some. Might be okay but could be seen as redundant. However instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe better to combine qualifications and skills into one section like Requirements, and not create separate Skills if thin. Thus we can have: - About the role - Responsibilities - Requirements (includes education/experience, qualifications, skills, physical) - Benefits That's four sections, all substantive. We must not create Pay or Schedule. Thus final HTML:About the role
