Responsibilities
- Cooking and supervising production employees to meet production schedules
- Supervising the training, operations, working techniques, and safety conditions for all employees
- Maintaining food safety and food security in food facilities
- Establishing and maintaining positive communications within the bakery and across the organization
- Initiating resolutions regarding process or product abnormalities and opportunities for improvement
Qualifications
- A self-motivated individual who can work independently while following procedures
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment with a high attention to detail
- An associate’s degree or equivalent years of relevant experience
- Strong experience/knowledge of supervising a group of employees
- Exceptional communication skills
