Bakery Line Helper
About the role
Lunds & Byerlys Mitchell Road is currently hiring for self-directed and outgoing Bakery Line Helpers to produce high-quality products for our customers. This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive hourly wage of $21.00-$23.00/hr. We operate 24 hours/day and 365 days/year. For this position we are looking for someone with availability around the hours of 6:30am-2:30pm.
Responsibilities
- Full range of bakery activities including applying base icing, wrapping products, and packaging orders
- Ensuring productive workflow
- Ensuring completion of production paperwork for compliance
- Creating a welcoming and safe environment
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
Requirements
- Team player - steps in to assist when and where as needed
- Innovative - implements trending and forward-thinking production solutions
- Dependable - comes to work on time and completes tasks in a timely and safe manner

Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to operate machinery, multi-task, interpret and follow precise instructions
- Complies with USDA, FDA, OSHA, AIB and all other regulatory agencies while complying with good manufacturing practices
