Bakery General Manager - New location!

About the role

SusieCakes is seeking a General Manager to lead our dynamic team of bakers and servers across 31 locations in California, Texas, and Tennessee. We are passionate about creating a warm and inviting atmosphere where guests can celebrate life's special moments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in building genuine guest connections and world-class hospitality
• Create a fun, lively, and celebratory environment
• Deliver on success metrics based on the happiness of our team members and guests
• Manage the team in the kitchen and ensure quality products are produced
• Manage all business goals including staffing, operating expenses, and budgets
• Develop and train all employees
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in accordance with health department standards
• Work collaboratively with the community to support the growth of the business and brand

Requirements

• 3-5 years of managerial/leadership experience in the luxury, hospitality, food service, and/or retail industries
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or hospitality management, preferred
• Ability to work in multiple regional locations
• Flexible schedule to accommodate business needs
• Able to lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds
