Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer, broker, and sales team inquiries, providing real-time insights and actions on order status and revisions, pricing and sales contract management, and operational activity.
- Execute the order-to-cash process from order capture through invoicing, ensuring accurate order entry, EDI transaction management, customer portal task completion, and exception management and discrepancy resolution.
- Cook outbound logistics for both delivered and customer pickup (CPU) orders to meet on-time fulfilment requirements and prevent service disruptions.
- Maintain inventory allocation to ensure sufficient stock levels and timely coordination to meet order schedules and volume commitments across all customers, including pipeline and promotional activities.
- Support operational needs of customers by ensuring compliance with routing guides, documentation requests, and managing day-to-day operational interactions.
- Proactively monitor customer scorecards, KPIs, and reporting to ensure operational performance meets or exceeds customer expectations, identify and communicate issues before they arise, and bring forward continuous improvement opportunities.
- Investigate and resolve mis-shipments, short shipments, RMAs, credit/debit memos, and payment discrepancies to uphold customer satisfaction and trust.
- Own customer operational deductions and chargeback review inclusive of conducting root cause analysis, implementing mitigation strategies, and driving improvements to avoid recurring issues.
- Cook coordinate freight and quality claims issuance and customer resolution across key stakeholders.
- Manage customer onboarding tasks, including timely customer setup across internal systems, external portals, and documentation requests.

The Location
Hybrid combining working from home, and onsite in White River Junction VT roughly 1-2 days per month. Ideal candidates will be located within 120 miles of our offices.
The Pay
$20.17 to $24.55 per hour worked; commensurate with experience.
Experience and Education
- 3+ years expertise within the supply chain discipline, CPG and customer facing experience preferred.
- 3+ years functional experience in automated Order-to-Cash systems and process - Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Order Management Systems (OMS), EDI/API, SAP S/4HANA preferred.
- Reputable supply chain certification preferred (e.g. APICS).

- Financial Acumen: Foundational knowledge on role impact to P&L results inclusive of deductions and chargebacks, freight, and supply chain activity cost drivers.

- Physical Requirements: Ability to work for prolonged periods at a desk, both in a home office and onsite, using a computer and other standard office equipment. Regular use of computer keyboard, mouse, and video conferencing tools. Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and through digital platforms. Occasional standing, walking, bending, or reaching within the office environment. May occasionally be required to lift or move items up to 15 pounds (e.g., office materials, documents).
Work Environment
Indoors, a normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, or temperature changes. This role operates in a professional office environment where most work is performed at a desk. Remote work environment that meets KAB standards for work.
