About the role

Located at 7447 Eden Prairie Road, Eden Prairie, Minnesota 55346, the Holiday Support Facility Driver – Eden Prairie position involves delivering fresh and frozen food products to various Holiday Stationstore locations in the greater Twin Cities area. The role is full‑time with flexible shift availability (days, evenings, overnights, weekends) and guarantees 40 hours per week, with deliveries typically starting around 3 pm until the route is complete.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive a 26‑foot straight truck
• Load the truck at the Holiday Support Facility in Brooklyn Center, MN
• Unload the truck at various Holiday Stationstore locations
• Perform pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections
• Utilize PeopleNet – a GPS fleet tracking system
• Complete appropriate paperwork
• Re‑fuel the truck
• Interact with Stationstore employees, co‑workers and customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Perform other duties as assigned by HSF Management, Supervisors and/or Leads
• Ensure compliance with DOT, USDA, FDA, OSHA, state and local regulations and company policies, including safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Class D driver’s license in the state of residence (CDL not required)
• One year of truck driving experience
• Clean driving record
• No positive drug or alcohol test results or refusals to be tested for the previous two years
• Ability to read loading instructions, posted notices and training tests
• Ability to perform simple arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply)
• High level of job motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must pass Department of Transportation Physical Capacities exam and drug screen
• Must pass criminal background check

Skills

• Ability to enter and exit the truck cab and box safely using three points of contact
• Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying 50‑75 lbs
• Frequent bending
• Occasional squatting and stooping
• Frequent sitting
• Occasional standing and walking

Pay

$24.00 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential for second shift.

Schedule

Full‑time position with flexible shift availability: days, evenings, overnights and weekends. Deliveries begin around 3 pm and continue until the route is complete, guaranteeing 40 hours per week.
