Bakery Clerk - #56 Corona (ages 16-17)

About the role

The Bakery Clerk position at El Super is a great opportunity for those who want to provide excellent customer service, love their community, and enjoy working with food. This entry-level role is open to candidates aged 16-17.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous, and helpful service to customers in the bakery department.
• Aid customers with bakery purchases and clean shelving and display cases.
• Fills and rotates self-service displays both in-store and adjacent to the bakery.
• Work with customers to take special orders and assist the baker with baking or decorating requests.
• Participate in department cleaning by hosing down floors with soap and water.

Requirements

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, and memos.
• Basic PC/Outlook skills.
• Food Handler Card or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

• Age 16-17.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
