Join our El Super Store Operations Team as a Bakery Clerk - #42 in Garden Grove. We're a supermarket with a rich history, serving our diverse communities with fresh, affordable groceries.

Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Assist customers with bakery purchases.
• Clean shelving and display cases.
• Fills and rotates self serve displays in the front of the store and adjacent to the store bakery.
• Work with customers to take special orders.
• Work with the Baker to determine which items may need to be baked or decorated.
• Help in the department cleaning by hosing down the floors with soap and water to ensure the department cleanliness.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, walking, and kneeling.
• Ensure the department cleanliness.

Requirements

• Basic PC/Outlook skills.
• Retail Management Certificate.

Pay

$16.90 per hour.
