Responsibilities

• Prioritize daily work based on varying business needs.
• Acquire and share knowledge of the Bakery Department.
• Write orders using effective pars and planning.
• Work as a team to complete daily tasks, including scanning and recording shrink, order writing, stocking, rotating, and merchandising.
• Monitor and maintain all food handling and temperature standards.
• Comply with all personal and food safety standards.
• Attend required corporate meetings and training classes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Compliance with all company policies and standards.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency and independently to achieve daily tasks.
• Capability to work with minimal supervision.
• Production-driven with the ability to work continuously on repetitive tasks while standing.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work the hours required to meet company objectives, including occasional additional time as needed.
• Must be available for a non-traditional five-day work schedule, including weekends and evenings.
• Occasional exposure to extreme hot or cold conditions.

Schedule

7:00 AM – 8:30 PM Monday–Friday
7:00 AM – 7:30 PM Saturday/Sunday
32–40 hours per week
